There was only one stage to the interview process, which was a face-to-face interview, but they did ask me to answer a couple of pre-interview questions that were relevant to the position. Strangely my answers to these questions were never mentioned in the interview. The interview itself was a mixture of the standard interview questions (e.g. why are you suitable for this position), competency-based questions, brainteasers and case studies, which did require quite a bit of thought. The case studies were similar to the pre-interview questions. Overall it wasn't too stressful but I got the impression that the two people interviewing me didn't have much interviewing experience. The feedback I received was that I did quite well in the interview, particularly on the brainteasers, but they were looking for someone with more retail experience.
