The interview process was disorganized and archaic. Interviews were overly informal. Communication and transparency were consistently lacking, which left me with a very poor impression. Even if I had received an offer, I likely would have declined based on this experience. It was unclear whether the issues stemmed from the recruiters, the hiring manager, or the company’s overall process, but what was clear is that the candidate experience was not considered at any point.
