Everyone from Wpromote was very friendly and helpful along the way. The process took 4+ months due to a hiring freeze at the original time of interview, though if not for the freeze it would have taken a few weeks. I applied online after seeing Wpromote on AdAge's top places to work. I first did a phone screening, followed by two in-person interviews. The best part was that my potential future colleagues (other Email Marketing Managers) were doing the interviews--that way everyone had a chance to meet who they would be working with. Wpromote extended warm hospitality throughout the entire process. They also administered a short written test pertaining to email optimization and stats. Unfortunately they had a hiring freeze due to internal changes, but when they called me up a few months later, I decided to take the job!
