I reached out to the recruiter online and scheduled a screening. I had two rounds of interviews and was offered the position. The process as a whole took about 2 weeks. The team was really welcoming and comfortable to talk to. I love the positive atmosphere of the office. During the interviews, it was easy to share my past work experiences and share why I wanted to be a apart of Wpromote. I also was able to ask plenty of questions and find out helpful information about the company culture and structure to make sure it would be the right fit.

I prepared by reading many tech blogs and knowing about the company. Although I had not had much digital marketing experience, I had a decent amount of traditional marketing experience.
