In any interview, we should be selling the candidate as much as the candidate is selling him or herself. Although what you're doing at your current employer can be relevant, it should not be the focus of an interview.
I am sorry that you got a negative impression of our company. Although there is a negative review on Glassdoor, I can assure you that the majority of our 130+ employees tend to like working here. We conduct anonymous surveys through TinyPulse.com to gauge employee happiness and we always get responses that average higher than 8. That said, I wish you luck in whichever position you ended up pursuing.
