The interview process was great and pretty quick. It included a phone screen/interview with someone from HR and an in-person interview. The phone interview was pretty standard and was more to get a feel for the kind of person you are. The next step was an interview with the department manager and director. All the interviewers were easy to talk to and spoke really highly of the company culture. Throughout the process I never had to wait more than a week to hear back from the company!

The process took about 3 weeks from the initial call until I received an offer. Everyone is very friendly, the interview was very conversational and laid back. Most of the questions were typical interview questions, with a few digital marketing-specific topics.

The hiring process involved two in-person interviews. The first interview was with two hiring managers and only ran about an hour. The second ran for about two hours and was with one pair of hiring managers first followed by a pair of people I would likely be working with on the team.

The women I interviewed with were super nice and easy to talk to. The interview was easy, they talked a lot about the company and position so make sure to not let them do all the talking. Show them what you can do!
