After submitting my resume I went through an initial phone interview then two in person interviews with each of the paid search directors. All interviews were 1 on 1. The phone interview was more high level to get an idea of my general knowledge. The in person interviews focused more on what specific skills and experience I had. The in person interviews also provided me with a lot of information about the company.
