I submitted my application for an EM role and was immediately sent back a link to sign an NDA before my application could be processed. Immediate red flag. I read the NDA and this particular clause jumped out at me: "Recipient agrees that all such Feedback is provided entirely voluntarily and Wrapbook shall have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, disclose, and otherwise exploit such Feedback without restriction or obligation to Recipient." This means that any feedback, comments, or suggestions I'd provide during the application or interview process become Wrapbook's IP forever, for free. In an EM interview I'd expect to share strategic thinking, process ideas, architectural opinions: all of that would belong to them the moment I said it. That's PREDATORY. Application immediately withdrawn.
