I applied for the job and interviewed 4 weeks later to a panel of 3 people. The interview was quite lengthy with a lot of questions based on how you would handle situations. I found the interview panel very pleasant and was made feel at ease. 2 months after I had interviewed I still had had no outcome so I reached out to Wrightbus for feedback. " weeks on and iv had no answer which is extremely disappointing and has completely changed my view on the company. If you are invited to interview you should receive the very minimum of an outcome, even if it is to say you were unsuccessful on this occasion. Extremely disappointing Wrightbus.
