A very smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I was highly impressed with how swift yet diligent everyone involved in their hiring process was. First interview round was a brief intro call with their recruiter, followed by two more calls with sales leaders over the next few days. An on site interview was then scheduled for the following week, for which I traveled to the San Diego office to meet with the team. The on-site lasted ~ 3.5 hours, during which I spoke with 7 different Wrikers, as well as presented a mock demo to several sales directors. Within 2 hours of leaving, I received a call from recruiting, asking to schedule a 5th (and final) phone interview with Wrike's CRO. After chatting with the CRO for ~ 30 mins, he indicated that an offer would be made imminently. Two days later, I had a written offer made (which I accepted zealously!)

Product / Technical Assessment For an enterprise role, Wrike may include a short product-focused session to ensure understanding of the platform. This can include a light demo conversation with an SE or scenario-based questions about positioning Wrike against competitors or articulating value to a CIO or Head of PMO. 5. Mock Presentation or Role Play Candidates are usually asked to prepare a short presentation or a discovery call simulation. Typical tasks include: running a discovery call with a mock enterprise prospect, presenting a tailored Wrike value proposition, or walking through a mutual action plan for a large account. This stage demonstrates preparation skills, structure, objection-handling, and ability to command a room. 6. Final Interview / Leadership Conversation The final step is often a meeting with sales leadership. This focuses on culture fit, long-term potential, territory expectations, and how the candidate operates under pressure. It’s also a chance to align expectations on performance and ramp-up.
