Colloquio
I got an email from the company and they scheduled the call two weeks in advance. I believe it is a long waiting period for just an HR call, but whatever. I got impressed when the Prague recruiter called me, I wasn't expecting such an intense talk with HR, but I liked it cause I learned a lot and was able to be guided. After that, I was sent a test to be taken (CCAT), I did not pass it, therefore they did not continue the process. I believe that it does not make sense making you take a test of this type, but it is their procedure and that's okay for them. The only thing I did not like and found disrespectful and even insulting was being asked for my country of citizenship and then also for the country where I was born, that is unnecessary to ask, but maybe you judge someone in terms of his country. A bit sad. Seems like their office in Prague is full of Czech and Russian people and it is not diverse at all, that is definitely not motivating. But besides, it is okay.

Colloquio
It was lengthy, and very thorough, but I think this added value to the process for the employer and interviewee alike. Some may be put off by the numerous "hoops" there are to jump through, but to me it is a testament to the company wanting to attract only the best and most suitable candidates for the position. Expect online aptitude and personality tests, multiple Skype interviews and home working tasks.
