      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Wrike (Praga) nel mese di ott 2020

      Colloquio

Headhunted twice by Wrike Recruiters via LinkedIn. Initially refused due to relocation requirements. Then they reconsidered & opened it remotely. Initial round with the recruiter - basic questions around product expertise. 2nd phase - 1h 30 min interview with two product managers from their side. The interview has 3 parts: *Introduction *Brief discussion about product expertise *Scenario-based hypothetical discussion The entire process feels rushed - there is little to no time to get in-depth with any of the items. The recruiters jump to conclusions very quickly, subjectively understanding what you're telling them. Their approach doesn't feel structured as they toss around random questions trying to probe certain aspects. The hypothetical scenario consists of choosing a product to your liking and then discussing based on it. You will be challenged why you chose the product, why you think it's the right choice, what you would do to improve it right away, how would you measure the impact of your proposal. Although it's an open-ended question, your answers are judged by the recruiters' cognitive bias, so beware. It's a hit or miss with no room for error in between. Cons: - Interviewers' attitude was slightly passive-aggressive. Their approach was tilted towards cracking you, rather than construct together during the meeting. - The interviewers found something funny during the first 30 minutes of the call, talking between themselves on private chat and almost laughing while interview answers were delivered. - Beware of repetitive "Why" questions. After you provide the answer to a question, you'll be asked why is that? (again and again) - Considering the seniority of the role for which they are hiring, the interview experience felt sub-par. - They seemed tired/bored straight from the first minutes of the call.
