The interview process was extensively long - it took 5 rounds of interviews, plus two homeworks in between. In each round they failed to give feedback. I did 4 rounds, with just 1 remaining. They didn't provide feedback on why they didn't select me. However, the culture seemed Russian-centric and perhaps they didn't proceed with me because I was a foreigner.
