Basic run through of previous projects + value test . No need to prepare for the interview as they are not picky anyway. The interview last 30-45 minutes. Nothing special.

Describe one of the technical challenges you encountered in your previous projects
Basic questions about chemistry and behavioral questions. Nothing crazy. I think they really like to hire a lot of people. If you want to try a chem position, definitely worth trying.
1. 30-min presentation of my PhD research. 2. Questions on details of researches were asked. 3. Iasked question on the company and the responsibility of the job. 4. Offer was provided the next day after interview
