I was invited to a short Skype interview for the first stage. The man interviewing me was very late with his call and then spoke for about 2 minutes, asked me about 3 questions which were already in my application form and didn’t pay any attention to my answers. As we spoke, I could see him looking around the room he was in & it was clear he was more interested in his colleagues conversations than ours. In total call lasted 7 minutes. Perhaps I simply wasn’t the right fit but I don’t know how he could have ascertained that without even listening. An overall disappointing experience.
