I applied at the Europe branch, the process was extremely fast and professional. I had 3 Interviews: 1 over the phone (45 min), 1 personal interview day with 8 meetings and lunch (approx. 5 hrs) and 1 additional phone interview (45 min). Interviews were in German(main language) and English. All communication was very fast and professional and I was met with a high level of appreciation. Communication was very clear and all my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. I was very positively surprised by the whole application process. The offered salary was very competitive for an entry level job.

I applied online. The process took several months and was very slow. The first step was an online assessment that tested English skills and some other easy competencies. Next was a one-on-one video chat. Then there was a video presentation to a group of people followed by questions and then a more in depth discussion. Finally the on-site interview occurred. It was a day of interviews with everyone in the company and another presentation.
