Called me during work hours for a first-time screening. Call came from the U.K. (his quiet voice and thick-ish accent made it difficult for me to really understand him). It didn't seem like the person even read my resume based on the way he was asking questions. He asked me if I was actively looking elsewhere and I told him yes. I didn't receive another call back until the following week.
