Had two interviews for a Vacation Ownership sales position, with Territory Manager and his junior employee. Many 'psychological profile' questions asked. Need your State's active real estate license in advance in order to start immediately. Is hourly pay for 60 days, then Commission supplemented by hourly wage which is then deducted from Commissions each month.

First a phone interview, followed up by three in person interviews. The interviews were very easy but the whole process ended up taking over a month! Communication was very bad.
