The first interview included a digital interview. A computer and webcam (good lighting) aided the interview. After reading each question, I had only a few seconds to come up with an answer while recording. You cannot go back and redo or re-record your answer. You get a practice run before actually taking part in the interview. The actual interview listed each question on the right side of the screen and showed the webcam image (face) as a smaller than normal square in the center of the screen. The webcam catches whatever is in the background, so think professional.

The invite for interviews is all automated. Very impersonal and gives the impression that they don’t really care about the hiring process. Wyndham Resort couldn’t be bothered to reach out in person to reschedule.
