I applied online, and the following day I recieved an invitation for a 'Meet and Greet' that was held two days later. It was group interview of about 30 people. There was only one interviewer, she asked us a total of 3 questions. The following day, I recieved an invitation for a second group interview, held the followind day with about 18 people and 3 different interviewer. The interviewers were the department managers. We were asked only one question. The interviewers then left the room for 10 minutes to decide who were going to move on to the next level. Afterwards about four people were called outside and sent home. Then the interviewers came back into the room and told the rest of us that we were moving on to a third interview. The interviewers then called up four people and scheduled them for a third interview. Once those four left the room, the interviewers congratulated the remaining 10 people and myself. They offered us the job on the spot. Due to our experience and background we skipped the the third interview.
