Very easy one on one with the pool manager. We took a tour of the pools and he described the day to day doings of a lifeguard. Explained that since this is the best resort on the strip that guests expect to experience this everywhere, including the pool.

Quite relaxed and laid back, simple and easy questions. Pretty easy people to talk to. Was taken in a cabana by the pool, by the manager and the head lifeguard present.

I applied in February 2019 and I recieved a call back within two weeks. I was interviewed in March 2019 then I started working in April 2019. During the interview process I had to get a drug test that involved cutting part of my hair for them to analyze.
