The interviewer communicated clearly and indicated that the next step would be an in-person interview, mentioning I would hear back within a week. However, I did not receive any follow-up within that timeframe. After waiting two weeks, I reached out for an update but did not receive a response. The status of my application has remained unchanged since then. I would have appreciated more transparency and communication throughout the process.
