1. telephone interview with HR - very inexperienced interviewer asked me to talk through my CV. Didn't probe on anything. No competency based questions.
2. Interview with another EA - again totally inexperienced at interviewing. Asked me to talk through my CV. Didn't probe on anything. No competency based questions.
3. Interview with hiring managers

A couple of phone calls, and two video interviews. All in all, it was a quick process and I felt like they were transparent and informative throughout the whole interviewing process. It was a bit disorganised in the start but we made it.

Recruiter reached out to me and then confirmed an interview via Zoom. After the interview, I was sent an email saying they chose someone else who had more experience in this particular field. Sadly, I saw the job reposted again and again which makes me think of age discrimination. I was highly qualified for the position.

Applied online and received a call from the recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly and responsive. Had two phone interviews and one onsite interview. Everyone was nice and friendly. The questions are all admin related.
