Pretty standard - phone screening, interview with Team Manager, then 2 interviews with Team Members. Everyone was very nice and it was a great pleasure to have a chance to meet them. I was really excited after the final interview and had a very nice feeling about the opportunity. What happened next just cancelled all my positive thoughts about the company. I got totally ghosted by the recruiter. After the final interview, she did not respond to any of my follow up emails, completely ignoring me. In the past I have been interviewed by a few high tech companies - where Twitter seem to aspire - and I have to say that this kind of treating potential employees by HR is far, far from the level I got used to and that raises a serious red flag. Also it's the first time ever that this happened to me, and by reading opinions here I see I am not the only one. As applicant - if you take the job search seriously - you spend time on preparation, do research, sometimes take a day off at work, and at the end you don't even get the email back. Being rejected is hard, but that's life. Being ghosted by recruiter after the whole process you passed, especially being experienced, senior specialist, is totally unprofessional and disrespectful. I was very excited, but now I am just angry and I feel I wasted time.

Asked too many personal and client related questions . I was surprised they ask how do i communicate with the team what program do we use, what kind of slides when we do training. The recruiter never gave feedback from the interview until i asked her.
