I applied online and received an email invite to schedule a virtual interview. We scheduled a few days out. This consisted of a discussion of the organization, the position, what they were seeking and how I could be of contribution, along with my experience in the field. Great interview from top to bottom. Very personable and welcoming interviewer. I was then moved to the next steps which would be a 2nd virtual interview with another member from their team and the last step would be an interview with leadership and a tour of their facility. During the 2nd virtual interview, I learned more about the culture at X3 Sports and their HR Department needs. It was a pleasure learning about their various exercise programs and future growth. I had truly believed this company was what I sought in the last stages of my career and the ultimate work environment; everything discussed aligned perfectly. Additionally, they spoke highly of me and really valued my experience and what I could bring to their team. Unfortunately, I do not believe they were able to meet the salary I was seeking tied with competitive market pay. I did not hear back from them though I could definitely point my finger to this being the sole reason. Otherwise, great interview and great energy during the interviews...other companies could take notes on proper interview etiquette and professional demeanor from X3 Sports.
