The interviewer was very dry and almost rude. I actually interviewed for another sport team and the process was around 45 minutes and engaging to me awhile interviewing with the XFL was a poor 13 minute conversation and almost uncomfortable. The interviewer disclosed that they would be in contact, I sent a follow up email and they never spoke to me again. If you are going to go forward with another candidate, please don’t leave someone hanging, communicate that to them. Advice: please have someone engaging do your interviews going forward
