Worst interview ever. I was just a silly person to make up the minimal number requirement of three candidates for the interview, when it seemed they had predetermined someone already. The interview was filled with near-personal attacks and impatience of the interviewers. The dean, the lecturers and so-called professors there are narrow-minded like high-school teachers. Most of them are from former Soviet countries and ASEAN, getting their jobs from favoritism if you study their CVs carefully.
