The profile criteria was for 0-2 years candidate, but they are strictly looking for experienced guys, instead they have interviewed all of us, but they didn.t hired any one for the last 7 months for the aforesaid profile. my interview was good and i had already cleared 4 rounds, but they didn't hired me, although the salary band, office setup and schema seems to be really lucrative, but i think they are just campaigning themselves by conducting interviews.
