There are 4 stages that we have to clear. first one is aptitude test.In that 30 questions are given.After clearing the aptitude test ,second stage is case study.They gives some cases or incidences and we have to write the solution on given paper.be ready for challenging case study .After clearing that you will face technical round which is related to your BE project questions and basic CCNA questions.
After that last stage is general HR interview.

second step-written technical test..even a 10th standard kid can excel it,questions about networking,how to install/uninstall programs etc
third step-1:1 technical interview..easiest ques on netowrking and windows
fourth and final step-hr interview just basic know how and negotiaition

Colloquio
To start with we were provided with a selection tests consisting of an aptitude test and a technical test.
Aptitude test was a little tough for the kind of position that was being offered (it was suited for the financial analyst's position whose intake process was also being taken on the same day) and the technical test was pretty easy.
Interview consisted of a technical round compounded with HR round as well. All the basic network related issues were discussed. A few real time instances were provided and we were asked how we would be able to solve it. Stress was given on Microsoft Exchange server and routing protocols.
