All questions were regarding my background (university, personal, professional). At first we had a panel to do a pitch about ourselves (first round) and wrote an essay about the economic outlook. On day after that, they called me inviting for an interview with the human resources. I talked to 3 to 4 people from de HR and than they called the responsible for the area I was applying. This wen on for 5 weeks but every week when It was reaching 7 days from the past week I wrote the person responsible asking for a feedback and right after that they called me arranging the next interview.
