I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, had an in-person interview with the Sales Manager and then a second interview where I job shadowed the other Sales Reps. After accepting the job I had to take a drug test at a facility.

Then you need to perform an IQ test that last like 7 minutes. after couple of weeks if you meet the requirements they will perform a background check and if everything goes well a month later you should be good to start
