Fast easy going. The place is small but family type culture. The HR manager was nice and helpful but I was not sure how to respond to her questions about what I should expect from the company.

I applied online through one of the staffing agencies they hire from. They requested an interview less than a week later. First interview was a phone screening with the staffing agency, at the end of which she let me know she would let me know in a few days if I would interview with the company. I was called back the same afternoon and asked to come in the following day. I interviewed the following day with the HR Manager for about 20 minutes and she sent me to the office of another HR Manager to interview with her. I spent about 10 minutes speaking with the second HR Manager and was told I would know something fairly quickly. I called the recruiter as requested after the interview and let her know it went well, and she mentioned that the HR Manager had stated she liked what she heard in our interview. A month later I received an email stating that I had not been selected. No call, no feedback. Just frustrating when you quickly prepare for an interview and you don't even get an explanation as to what you could have done better.
