Long and drawn out. Had around 4 interviews( for an internship) and then still got denied. Was not expecting there to be a long and drawn-out interview process just for an internship. Interviews all seemed to be going very well but I was still denied and very disappointed that I didn't get the position because I felt very confident in my ability to do the job.
