It was unprofessional. They are old school, and lack diversity. Sometimes I felt that the interviewer was not interested in my candidacy or experience. I felt a bit uncomfortable during the process. However, I would say the HR was warm and welcoming.

My experience with the hiring process was less than satisfactory. After completing all interview rounds, I received a call from the hiring manager focused solely on why I hadn't sent a thank you note to her personally. I explained that I had sent it to HR, believing it to be the more appropriate channel. The hiring manager's response was dismissive; while she acknowledged my explanation, her only reply was, "Oh yeah, I know," and she added, "Your explanation seems valid to me, and I am happy with your response." This left me feeling confused about the process. Upon receiving the job offer, I requested a one-on-one meeting with the hiring manager to understand her working style and the team culture better. However, her response was condescending, questioning why I was asking these questions, even though these topics had not been addressed in our previous discussions.
