I had gotten their information from a friend of mine because I was looking for some extra work, so I emailed the CEO and provided my reel. He was very quick to respond and setup an interview the following week. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly and I instantly got a great vibe from him. He asked me some challenging questions throughout the process to make sure that I was very comfortable with my ability to perform at a high level. I ended up helping out on a few projects which I was proud of.

This company does good work but their management seems all over the place. The COO kept preaching that he’s restructuring and he’s been making it a point to have a stronger diversity of more POC and females..I didn’t see a single POC. It was mostly all white men. I also feel like he didn’t even know much about video editing and he seemed kind of full of it. I’ve heard this place can get toxic so i’d beware
