The interview process at XY Sense consisted of three main rounds: 1. Screening Round: This initial round focused on evaluating my basic qualifications and fit for the role. 2. Profile Discussion Round: In this round, the interviewers delved deeper into my experience, skills, and how they align with the job requirements. 3. Technical Round: This round involved technical questions that tested my knowledge and problem-solving approach. Finally, there was an Interaction with the CEO, Alex Birch. Throughout the process, the interview panel was very supportive and encouraging, ensuring that I never felt pressured. The questions were technical and approach-based, aimed at understanding my problem-solving methods and the value I could bring as a new member. The interviews were great opportunities to learn about how the company operates, and the team was patient in answering all my doubts and questions.
