Applied online via reference in March - No response Recruiter reached me in May - 90 minutes Interview scheduled for live coder pad test and 3 panelists joined - 2 white race and 1 sikh turban guy - went very well asked questions on java, frameworks, sql, situation production env based real life problems and solutions tested, all good , well appreciated 10/10 Recruiters got back the bank has gone in for a hiring freeze Recruiters reach me in August and again process of interviews start Round 1 : 90 mins live coding test and several questions on Java . cleared Round 2 : As informed supposed to be a formal project and role discussion but to my surprise the MD came with another team-member technical and was kind of a design round - ok ..survived Round 3 : Was supposed to be an offer round was sent off to another team for screening Was greeted and tested by another VP for code quality, code review, java spring sql input/output questions - cleared Round 4 - no discussion recruiters was trained to brainwash and force me to sign a base salary figure to be signed for an offer to be rolled out to me Round 5 - no communication, a request to interview with their blockchain and java team, which is also supposedly my distinguished expertise and I am interrogated by the architect of that team around blockchain and all stacktraces and what all I have done and how and then informed there are 60 positions in that team and then unlimited rounds of followup emails with panel in cc to end up being given an automated response we are going ahead with a better candidate, bluff ..

As explained in the interview process. No set questions, interviewers asks whatever he wants to know. Like the blockchain guy seemed to be spoofing the interview to gain his knowledge in blockchain, so overall seemed a rigged process
