The process took roughly a month, with xmas in between. Did a phone screen, then met with a team, which threw softball questions, they felt they didn't get to know me well, so I had to take another day off to redo the tech, plus meet with a senior manager. That interview consisted of a 2 hour interview, then the direct manager was over 20 minutes late, then his boss was also late, conducted a monolog, and nobody could tell me what the position actually was, but I was declined because I wasn't inquisitive enough ??? Also, not a good sign when one group talks poorly about another group, or "I'm not sure why I'm interviewing you.." *sigh*
