The process started with 2 technical tests; one focused on backend skills and databases, and the other one focused on problem solving and mathematical thinking. Afterwards, I was invited to an interview with the backend team leader. The first interview was an overview on the product and the technology, and discussion about the submitted tasks, as well as a discussion about my resume and technical skills. Then I was invited to the second interview that included the team leader and another senior developer. It was the same as the first one in addition to some technical questions. Then I was invited to an interview with the CTO. He showed me their product and discussed with me some of the technologies that are used into this product, as well as a discussion about my technical skills and previous experience. Then finally I was invited to the final interview with the original founder of Xara. This interview focused on culture fit, as well as some general questions about my knowledge and skills, as well as explaining business related stuff.
