The interview process for this level consisted of a screener call with the talent acquisition person, two panel interviews, and a final interview with an executive vice president. Panel interviews included 4-6 people, and used prepared questions.

They asked a few questions about collaborating with others and how others would describe me. Having accepted the role, it became clear that a previous employee in a similar role was very challenging to work with and didn't have great relationships with colleagues, so beyond my work experience, they asked questions to ensure I would be collaborative and invite others' opinions.

Colloquio
one telephone interview with HR, flown out for a quick lunch interview, verbal offer literally within a day. Hiring process is cumbersome, corporate handles the drug screening through a health network - it was awkward and cumbersome requiring a visit to a seedy clinic they contracted with. Training is mostly CBT to get your badge, but the leadership and new employee training is old school, with management teachers. It should be waived for most people, but it is not.
