Well thought out process that included meeting local and global teams, peers, executive team, a board adviser and leadership testing. 8-10 sessions in total, that provided me with a good view of the product, people and strategy. Very balanced in terms of getting information and experience from me vs. enabling me to understand what is required to be successful at Xceptor. Sessions ranged from meeting the team locally in person, 121s with leadership and peers and a panel presentation.
