The process was pretty straight forward and seamless. Started off with a meet and greet interview with HR, which was more of screening my experience and fit for the role. As soon as that was established, an interview with a team member was scheduled, which was more technical, detailing my skills, background, experience and what I'm also looking for. This was followed by an assessment then a final interview with one of the founders. Feedback throughout this process was really quick and open. All of this happened within a week and I already knew where I stand and what was needed from me and when.
