But, how can you ensure they are the " right" talents? People can change from time to time. Furthermore , can you ever guarantee the loyalty of each new hires? If not, it will be resource and time draining to kick start each new hiring process. Lastly, the lenghty process especially the " nonstop " meeting will really frustrate the " right" talent as the company has been promoting work-life balance, or otherwise.
