The recruiter reached out to me through Indeed and encouraged me to apply for this position as a new college graduate with minimal accounting experience in accounts payable. After the initial phone interview, we set up a time for me to come in for an in-person interview. They had me take a 10 question quiz that covered basic accounting topics. The office appeared nice and seemed fairly new. After the quiz, I was interviewed by an accounting and an HR manager. They quickly criticized my minimal accounting experience, and explained that this was a mid-level position that my experience did not qualify for. The interview was very low energy and they seemed confused why I was interviewing for this position, even though they reached out to me to apply and had my full resume that clearly stated my experience. The quiz was simple and they were surprised that I did so well on it, but they did not get over the fact that I did not have the experience they were looking for. I’m confused as to why I was encouraged to apply as it appears that this did nothing but waste everyone’s time.

I had a phone call for the initial interview and then an in Person interview the second interview. Very nice people and the office is beautiful. I did not get an offer unfortunately... It was quick interview process.
