Recruiter reached out on Linkedin and scheduled a first call. 2nd call with hiring manager. Quite standard interview questions and pleasant discussion on experience and general Xeneta business. Straight forward process and smooth communication overall.

Over the course of 6 weeks I met with 6 people (7, if counting the initial recruiter phone screen). Deeper into the process they provided a vague customer profile and requested I prepare a mock QBR presentation (over a holiday weekend). After this was completed, I interviewed with a handful of other people at the company. However, after all of those interviews, I was never contacted directly by the company when they decided to go with another candidate - I had to reach out to the recruiter on my own. While I still find their product very interesting, the process and the lack of direct communication at the end definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.
