      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Xero (Milton Keynes, Inghilterra) nel mese di ago 2015

      Colloquio

      Had a telephone interview with a member of the HR team. I explained I had a 4 week notice period and at the time they were looking for a group of people to start in around 6 weeks. The interview went really well and I was promised a call back the following day to arrange a 2nd interview so as to be able to fit in with the start date and my notice period. Not only did I not receive a call the next day but I had to follow up with them to find out what was happening. By the time they responded it was too late for me to have been able to work my notice and start when they needed me to. So my application was not progressed. I was very disappointment. Not only because it’s frustrating having someone promise they would call back on a certain day and then not follow through. But also because I was so excited at the thought of working for such a dynamic company. I did not post this feedback at the time of the interview, as I had been promised that should they be recruiting in the future they would contact me and I did not want to burn my bridges. However I have recently seen more advertisements for the same role online. I would have preferred that if they were not interested in me as a candidate that they just say so, perhaps offering some constructive feedback on where I could improve.

      Thank you for taking the time to review your experience on Glassdoor. We appreciate how frustrating it is to find what seems to be your perfect job and logistics get in the way. The way in which we recruit in Customer Experience (CX) requires us to start everyone together so we can support their onboarding and training process. That often means synchronising availability of a number of people as part of the hiring activity. We're sorry that you weren't contacted as you should have been to explain this to you. It seems like this is a timing issue rather than a lack of interest in you though and it would have been lovely if you felt you could have spoken with us when you saw the advert rather than come away feeling you've been rejected out of hand. We can't bring people into the company as single new starters in our Customer Experience department but we could have explained this to you rather than leave you feeling that we weren't interested in you and the experience you could have brought to the role. Please stay in touch.

      I had initial screening and then 1 hour assessment with behavioural questions and video interview. It was fast and moderately difficult. Then after a week of the assessment submission I got an email from HR team for initial interview. I am yet to take part in this interview and this will the my opportunity learn more about the company and the hiring process.

      Online assessments then in person interview. Basic interview questions like which values do you align with most and why do you want to work here. Online assessment questions were basic accounting knowledge such as accrual vs cash accounting.

      after approvel, i get a link about the online assessment, it not difficult, just some simple thing about your value, your kowledge and logial. i just expect the next step and prepare the behavior interview questions.
