Background, reasons for apply, preparedness, EXPERIENCE USING/ TEACHING XERO, handling enquiries/ complaints etc. Made to 2nd interview. Hampered with poor mobile phone (Vodafone) connection, was misery. Interviewer was helpful and arrange call back using Google Phone - top effort. I was a little off on the day, unfortunately. Liked their energy.
