Met with representatives at careers fair. Had a brief online tech test (web development fundamentals) and then finally a Google Hangouts interview (I'm located away from their offices) discussing projects I've done in Uni. Got an offer the next day over the phone.

What's been the biggest technical challenge in one of your projects?
Technical Round: Some questions testing reaction time, multiple-choice questions, and three simple coding problems, you have enough time to finish all questions.
VI Round: Behavioral questions, failed in this round, and no feedback about the reason.

Xero grad day had a fun presentation that we could prepare before hand, a catch up/tour with a Xero ambassador, and a behavioral interview. Felt like a big day but it was fun to learn about technical challenges through the presentation brief we got assigned to.

Behavioural -> technical -> video interview -> assessment centre.
Video interview consists of 5 questions, each with a lot of preparation time. These questions are all behavioural and would be good to use the STAR technique.
