Colloquio
Started in Nov 2018 and dragged on till mid Jan 2019. A recruiter phone screen, followed by a coding test, 4 rounds with directors and architects via video link to SF, face to face with the engineering heads in Melbourne followed by a video round with the team I would be working with.
The final video round was supposed to be a meet and greet but turned out to be another in-depth interview with 3 members of the team all at one go.
Interview goals outlined by the recruiter do not match what actually happens.
Expect no feedback from the recruiter after the final stage. They lack knowledge of business etiquette.
Didn't get the offer because 2 interviewers gave me a 'no' vote. Those 2 were the ones with their jobs threatened ;)
Not a company with a mature and fair process so don't expect any valid reasons other than not a 'perfect culture fit'. Unless you're a white Australian male, there's less than a 1 in 10 chance you will even get as far as I did.
