3. Video interview online in jobvite, I did not pass that.
4. If pass the video interview, will go to Wellington headquarter to have a Grad Day interview.
Overall it is a good experience to have this interview.

Tell us about a time when you were working in a team and encountered a setback. How did you deal with this? What was the outcome?
Technical Round: Some questions testing reaction time, multiple-choice questions, and three simple coding problems, you have enough time to finish all questions.
VI Round: Behavioral questions, failed in this round, and no feedback about the reason.

Xero grad day had a fun presentation that we could prepare before hand, a catch up/tour with a Xero ambassador, and a behavioral interview. Felt like a big day but it was fun to learn about technical challenges through the presentation brief we got assigned to.

Behavioural -> technical -> video interview -> assessment centre.
Video interview consists of 5 questions, each with a lot of preparation time. These questions are all behavioural and would be good to use the STAR technique.
